Please note that we hold onto your belongings for a week. After this period, we appreciate your understanding that we may need to part with unclaimed items.

If you still possess the ticket, kindly return to the Village. You can directly approach the cloakroom with your ticket during opening nights from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Presentation of the ticket is mandatory for the collection of your belongings. We retain your items for a duration of two weeks from the date specified on your ticket. After this period, we extend our gratitude for your cooperation.
