The Megalloween party will be held on October 26, 2024, at Palexpo, Geneva. The doors will open at 10:00 PM, and the party will continue until 6:00 AM.

  • Is there an age limit to attend the event?

Yes, the Megalloween party is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors, even if accompanied by a parent, will not be allowed. An ID will be required at the entrance to verify participants' age.

  • What are the accommodation options around Palexpo?

There are several accommodation options near Palexpo, including:

Yes, a cloakroom will be available at the entrance where you can leave your coats, bags, and other personal items. The cloakroom service will be charged.

  • Can I bring food or drinks to the event?

No, bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited. There will be food stands and bars on-site to meet all your needs.

  • Are there options for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Palexpo is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, and reserved parking spaces are available. If you have specific needs, please contact us at info@villagedusoir.com in advance so we can assist you as best as possible.

  • How can I purchase tickets for Megalloween party?

Tickets are available online via the "Tickets" page on our official website. Be sure to purchase your tickets in advance as spots are limited.

  • What are the ticket refund conditions?

Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Can I buy my ticket anywhere other than the Village du Soir website or Lilipass?

Purchases outside of the Village du Soir website or ticket resale are prohibited. We decline all responsibility for fraudulent tickets.

  • Are the tickets nominative? 

No, tickets are not nominative.

​

  • Is there a dress code for the event?

Costumes are not mandatory but highly encouraged! Be creative and scary!

  • Can I leave and re-enter the event during the night?

No, exit is final. Once you leave the event site, you cannot re-enter. Make sure you have everything you need before leaving the venue.

  • Will there be food and drinks available on-site?

Yes, food stands will be available with various options.

​

  • Will there be special security measures in place?

Yes, security services will be present throughout the night to ensure the safety of all participants. Bags will be searched at the entrance. Weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous items are prohibited.

  • I lost an item, who should I contact? If you still have the ticket, you can come back to the Village du Soir, directly to the cloakroom, with your ticket during opening hours (9:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

You can email us at jaiperdumesaffaires@villagedusoir.com with a description of your lost item. (NOTE: We keep items for one week. After this time, they are donated to charity.)
